INGREDIENTS

1 cup chopped bacon

01 kg of boneless thighs

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon of seasoning powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

100g sliced ham

100g sliced cheese

Oil for greasing

½ cup lemon and orange juice for drizzling

PREPARATION

1) Fry the bacon quickly over medium heat to release some of the oil, but don’t let it brown.

2) Season the chicken with bacon fat, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

3) On each slice of ham, place one slice of mozzarella and the drained bacon.

4) Roll up into rolls and place inside the boneless thigh.

5) Close with the help of a wooden toothpick and place in a refractory greased with olive oil.

6) Drizzle with orange and lemon juice. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven for 1 hour.

7) Remove the paper and bake for another 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
