700g wing half (tulip)
½ tablespoon of oregano
1 clove of garlic, chopped
01 tablespoon of paprika
01 teaspoon of cumin
½ lemon squeezed
01 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt to taste
1) Make holes in all the tulips with a knife so that the seasoning sticks well;
2) Then transfer to a bowl and add the squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, chopped garlic and a pinch of salt;
3) Mix well with your hands, massaging the tulips so that they are well seasoned and let them rest for 15 minutes;
4) Then place the tulips in a mold and cover with aluminum foil;
5) Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for 40 minutes;
6) Remove the aluminum foil and return to the oven until golden;
7) Remove from the oven and serve.
