1 chicken breast
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons of curd
1 sliced tomato
Oregano to taste
Big sticks
2 and 1/2 cups of tomato sauce
1) Cut the chicken breast into two parts and then cut each piece in half;
2) Season well with salt and pepper;
3) Spread the cottage cheese on each part, add the tomato slices and sprinkle with oregano;
4) Close the chickens, forming two “sandwiches” and secure them with a toothpick (to prevent them from opening);
5) Transfer to a hot frying pan and grill on both sides, just to seal the meat;
6) Transfer to a baking dish, cover the chicken with tomato sauce and place in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for around 20 minutes;
7) Now just serve.
