INGREDIENTS

1 kg of chicken thighs

Sweet smoked paprika

1 lemon

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 onion

4 cloves of garlic

1 tomato

2 potatoes

1 carrot

Green seasoning to taste

PREPARATION

1) In a bowl, place the thighs and season with paprika, lemon juice and salt.

2) Let it marinate for four hours.

3) In a pan, add the sugar and as soon as it starts to turn caramel color, add the thighs, without stirring.

4) When it is fried, turn the thighs to brown evenly.

5) Add the onion, garlic and sauté.

6) Add the crushed tomato and sauté a little more.

7) Cover with hot water and cook until the meat is tender.

8) Add the chopped potatoes and carrots, mix and cook until everything is very soft.

9) Turn off the heat and finish with green scent. Enjoy.
