INGREDIENTS

1 kg of chicken fillet

1/2 tablespoon of salt

1 pinch of black pepper

1 pinch of spicy paprika

1 pinch of saffron

1 lemon squeezed

2 eggs (lightly beaten with salt and pepper)

Wheat flour for breading

Breadcrumbs for breading

340 grams of tomato sauce

300 grams of mozzarella cheese

PREPARATION

1) Season the fillets with salt, black pepper, hot paprika, saffron and lemon. Dip them in the egg, then in the wheat flour, again in the egg, and, finally, in the breadcrumbs;

2) Press lightly so that the flour sticks to the meat and repeat the process with all the fillets;

3) Fry them in very hot oil until they are golden;

4) In a refractory, distribute the fillets on the bottom (Do not place one fillet on top of the other). Add the tomato sauce, grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 230ÂșC for 20 minutes or until browned;

5) Carefully remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
