INGREDIENTS

500 g chicken fillet

1 package of onion cream

200 ml coconut milk

1 box of cream

1 cup of cottage cheese

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and black pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1) Coat the chicken fillets with the onion cream and place them in a baking dish brushed with olive oil;

2) Place the coconut milk, cream, cottage cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper in a bowl and mix until you obtain a homogeneous sauce;

3) Distribute the sauce over the breaded fillets;

4) Bake the fillets in a high temperature oven for 20 minutes or until golden;

5) Now it’s ready to serve!
