1) In an ovenproof dish, season the 12 chicken wings with salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 1 pinch of spicy paprika, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons of chopped chives and the juice of 3 lemons.
2) Mix the ingredients well so that the chicken absorbs the seasonings.
3) Cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate in the fridge for 24 hours.
4) In a bowl, place 3 eggs and beat well, mixing the yolks with the whites.
5) Add 2 tablespoons of spicy paprika and 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese.
6) Mix all ingredients well.
7) Dip the wings, one by one, in 1 cup of wheat flour.
8) After the flour, dip the wings, also one by one, in the egg mixture.
9) Slowly fry the wings in hot oil until golden on both sides.
10) After removing each wing from the oil, leave it to dry on a paper towel.
